The Indian cuisine
From March 26th to 28th at the CarraraFiere fair complex of Marina di Carrara, will take place Mitica India, the greatest international festival dedicated to India universe. For the guests it will be a true “immersion” in Gandhi`s nation. Among the many activities and performances will not be missing the traditions and typical products like Indian cuisine that is characterized by the use of various spices, herbs and vegetables cultivated in India and also for the vegetarianism widespread practice in many sectors of its society. Each family of Indian cuisine is characterized by a wide assortment of dishes and cooking techniques. Consequently, it varies from region to region, reflecting the ethnically varied demography of the subcontinent.
